Terms and Conditions – 999p Online Gaming Platform

Welcome to 999p – Pakistan's dedicated online gaming and sports betting platform available at 999p.online. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 999p ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all aspects of your access to and use of the 999p website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, fishing games, virtual sports, and any other services offered under the 999p brand.

By creating an account on 999p, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the 999p platform. 999p reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply equally to all 999p products including but not limited to: PSL Betting, Online Casino, Live Cricket Score, Virtual Sports, Fishing Games, Andar Bahar, and the VIP Club programme.

To register and use 999p, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 999p strictly prohibits underage gambling. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. This includes your real full name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid Pakistani mobile wallet or bank account for payment purposes.
• You may hold only one active 999p account at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion with 999p or any related platform when registering.
• Your account must be registered and used solely by you. You may not allow any third party to access, operate, or place bets using your 999p account.

999p reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a valid CNIC or passport) at any point during your membership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

999p operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There is no foreign currency conversion on 999p.

Accepted Payment Methods

999p accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels:

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit on standard accounts.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposit confirmations appear in your 999p balance within seconds to a few minutes depending on the payment method used.
• 999p does not charge a deposit fee. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside 999p's control.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: under 15 minutes to Easypaisa or JazzCash for verified accounts. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.
• VIP Platinum and Diamond members receive instant withdrawal processing.
• 999p does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Fees may apply on certain payment methods as disclosed at the time of withdrawal request.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses.
• 999p reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests. This may add processing time. We will communicate any delay and the reason for it.

999p offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback, VIP rewards, and special tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your 999p bonus balance. They cannot be withdrawn directly – only winnings derived from bonus play that satisfy the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• If you withdraw real money before completing a bonus wagering requirement, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 999p may withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms.
• The 999p VIP Club awards loyalty points on qualifying bets and game play. Points conversion rates and tier-specific benefits are published in the VIP Club section and may be updated from time to time.

All bets and game sessions on 999p are subject to the following general rules alongside the specific rules applicable to each product (PSL Betting, Online Casino, Andar Bahar, Fishing Games, Virtual Sports).

• A bet is considered placed and accepted once it has been confirmed in the 999p system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, table, and game as displayed in the interface at the time of placing the bet. 999p reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system fault during a bet or game session, 999p will investigate using server-side records. The outcome determined by the 999p system logs will be treated as final.
• Live in-play betting markets close automatically when an event reaches its designated cut-off point. Any bets placed after the cut-off may be voided at 999p's discretion.
• Odds displayed on 999p are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• 999p reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event that was already decided at the time of betting without the platform's knowledge.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or physical dealing by live dealers. All outcomes are final once the game round is resolved.
• Fishing game kill outcomes are RNG-determined. Hit probability data is published in the game interface. The casino's right to resolve technical disputes is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999p. Engaging in any restricted activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, shared devices, or organised groups to systematically exploit bonus offers, free bet credits, or promotions beyond their intended use.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets across different platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome using 999p's odds.
• Match Fixing or Inside Information: Using information that is not publicly available to gain an unfair advantage in any sports or casino betting market on 999p.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or mobile wallet provider after using the deposited funds to play on 999p.
• Money Laundering: Using 999p for any money laundering, financial crime, or criminal activity. 999p cooperates with authorities on all such matters.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets or interact with the 999p platform without human involvement.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your 999p account, including family members.
• Underage Play: Any attempt by a person under 18 to register or play on 999p, including using another person's verified account.

999p is committed to responsible gaming. We believe entertainment should never come at the cost of a player's financial wellbeing or personal life. As a 999p member, you have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when lowered. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, betting is paused for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been active on 999p for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, your account is suspended but not closed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from 999p. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Minimum exclusion period is 6 months.

Your 999p account and the right to use the platform are granted to you as a personal, non-transferable licence for private entertainment use only. This licence terminates immediately upon account closure for any reason.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999p shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from your use of or inability to access the 999p platform due to technical outages, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses including loss of profits or opportunity arising from your betting or gaming activity on 999p.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to follow account security best practices, including sharing your password or login credentials with any third party.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, etc.).

999p's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

999p does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

999p reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or involvement in any criminal activity
• Duplicate account detection
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Chargebacks or disputes filed against 999p with a payment provider
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or court order

In cases of suspension pending investigation, the account balance will be preserved while the investigation is ongoing unless fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, in which case balances may be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support@999p.online. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to the usual verification and wagering requirement conditions.

999p may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 999p will:

• Send an email notification to the address registered with your 999p account
• Display a notice on the 999p platform for a reasonable period after the change takes effect

Continued use of 999p after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using 999p and may request account closure by contacting support.

Minor amendments such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or updates to reflect new payment methods may be made without individual notification but will always be reflected in the updated version of this document.
